Return & Refund Policy
No Cancellations All our products are made to order and go into production immediately after your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Returns — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at torment.fr@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
